Issued with a radio charts sheet, and a club and radio reaction sheet stating:

"This super limited test pressing 12" features the instrumentals from Blackalicious' latest single releases that you'll have heard all over the dial.
There have literally only been 30 pressed and mailed, so please find time to get your reactions back. Although the release date is cutting things a little fine, this is not a release that you'll be able to pick up in the shops."

Inner sleeve with 2 stickers affixed stating "Blackalicious - Super limited edition test pressing", and giving the street release date and tracklist. One more sticker was affixed to side A label as shown on picture.

The track positions are given sequentially as on release. No Category on release, therefore the runout grooves symbols were chosen instead. No durations on release, retrieved using a a stopwatch. Those instrumentals were never to be found on the street release of Nia, and nowhere else afterwards.
