Sounds like my tt stylus has a glob of dust on it. Not sure how Bush or Kirkland could allow this to be released. Not crisp, no punch.

I would have to agree with this 100%. It’s just flat. Sounds like someone copied the cd to cassette, gave it to a friend, they copied it over their sisters memorex copy of Wham! Then took that to the studio and recorded it with a mic next to Sony Walkman headset.

I lost my original copy of this in a 2012 move to my girlfriends house.luckily I found this copy online not too long after my copy sounds wonderful better than the cd and identical to my original copy i would recommend this

I got a bad noisy copy in one side (side B) PopMarket replaced it no hesitation, fortunately second copy was fine...

I must have been incredibly lucky, my copy sounds alright to me. Not very dynamic, but no issues with noise.

U sure yours is from Kirtland...? Its also released on Music On Vinyl remastered edit. in december 2014. Or maybe your stereo is not good enough to reveal bad sound? No offence.

I fully agree with the others. This press is below any acceptable standard and Kirtland Records should be ashamed off themselves!I bought a brand new sealed version of this and heard it once in its full length and the sounds is just TERRIBLE! It sounds like an old worn record with lots of background noise and scratches clearly to be heard during playback. Also the sound really lacks the dynamic of a vinyl recording.Avoid this edition!

my copy of this issue was pressed off center, and it made me really sad, especially at the end of each side it became very hard to listen to. let me know if anyone has had this issue.

A new remastered reissue has been out for nearly half a year on Music On Vinyl: "MOVLP1292"Sound quality is brilliant!I traded in this Kirtland version as used - only played once cuz off the horrible sound quality my ears cudnt bare to listen to...

A few months late on making a second reply to this guy. I just picked it up and it sounds horrible. Overall, the sound quality is pretty bad. It sounds like they didnt even get the masters to press this. The sleeve is pretty weak. I was thoroughly displeased with this purchase. I would say get it just to have it in your collection, or wait until you can find an earlier pressing you're willing to pay for.
