My CD had the EP label printed on the album CD, and it wasn't an issue that came with the EP. Has anyone else had this error?

Compared to many of my LPs, this album seems compressed and distorted. anyone else agree?

Four years late to this conversation, but I gave this a spin for the first time in awhile and agree this is a noisy pressing with wonky volume levels...the drum fluctuations are most noticeable IMO.

POFOD

The compression on the cymbals and horns is brutal, I was expecting a totally different listening experience. I also agree the volume is all over the place.

Whitemaster

Mine sounds pretty bad on side 2 of the first LP. The volume seems to be all over the place in addition to the noise.

I can hear the compression, but no distortion on my copy.
