Promotional Japanese issue on white liberty label.Consistent label design in every regard.
1 of only 2 UK 1971 pressings of Can's Tago Mago on United Artists UAD 60009 / UAD 60010 which contains consistent labeling across both discs.
This variant is unique and original; it cannot be achieved by mixing and matching disks from other variants, as the label for side 4 which completes the set of labels in this styling is in fact unique to this very release.
This variation is consistent between labels with the following properties; Font remains the same across all labels, featuring the tall and bold lettering as seen on many United Artists pressings in 1971 instead of the rounded lettering. DOES have release date above the word 'Stereo' on all labels. Every label contains "A PRODUCT OF LIBERTY-UNITED ARTISTS RECORDS LTD" at the end of the small rim text. The numbering for the sides is given by SIDE 1, SIDE 2, SIDE 3, SIDE 4.
Other variants with similarities but that lack consistency in particular details;
This is the same A/B label as /Can-Tago-Mago/release/9861029 The same C label as /Can-Tago-Mago/release/8964231 The D label is unique to this release, with the other 6 UK variants differing from this release in one or many of the following: font, numbering using 'four' not 4for the side number, are missing the 1971 or are in a different font. There are no reissues or bootlegs that replicate this label, the closest labels are from the 6 UK variants.
The Matrix numbers match another UK 1971 pressing and there are no pressings outside of 1971 using these numbers.
