Sleeve says 12" single on top left of cover, but this is obviously a CD single version of a 12" single.

Barcode (7 59891 13832 4) is not printed on the insert, but is instead added to jewel case as a sticker. Spine of insert is blank.

There are several typographical errors in the song titles, remix titles, and sleeve notes.
