Notes
Sleeve consists of two separate pieces of paper. Some had three inserts: 2 x 3.5"x7" folded lyric sheets on the same blue paper stock as the sleeve, and 1 x 3"x3" sheet of contacts on white paper.
This version has the alternate design for the front of the sleeve with a closeup of a face instead of the guitarist. Blue paper / blue (almost greenish) labels, though some had yellow labels.
Guitarist Jason Nottingham AKA Spit Respectable says: "That's a shot of the side of Chris Yuseless's face -- he liked the cover with him on it, and I liked the design of the cover with me on it, so we did 500 of each (we had shop class together in school which is where we made those covers). I think after we started hand assembling them (and/or Chris started burning bridges with the band) we stopped using his covers, so I don't think we released all 500 of his covers (more like 200?, just a guess)."
Rear of sleeve gives #202 as Cat No, but 'AR-112' also appears on the label and runout groove
