Part of a stack of postcard records found in Wrocław, Poland

There is no information about the artist or track anywhere on the media. I have seen other similar postcards which are stamped on the back, top left, with "Wyconcawca" (Performer) and "Melodia" (song), along with the artist and song information hand written. Unfortunately there is no such handwritten info on this card.
The music is Polish rock / beat music from the mid 60s. Experts are welcome to assist, I will eventually add a link to an audio sample for identification purposes.
