Ironically, the 180 gram sticker reads "You know, heavier vinyl does not actually make the record sound better, but some people like it so we made a few and this is one of them". Compared to this release, the thin version sounds like someone was spitting sand onto the lacquer- don't BS me Luakabop, you took more care with this one. Still considerable surface noise on Argente through For Mamish, but shoot me for having a sensitive needle...

Yup, I'm agreeing whole-heartedly with the other reviewer here. The packaging is so unassuming until you open it. Then you realize the care that went into everything, from the photo on the inside of the sleeve, the detailed liner notes, to the inner bag itself. And that wax! Quiet and very dynamic pressing with amazing separation between instruments, even on the more heavily layered tracks. This is brilliant music handled in the most caring way. An act of love from a passionate musician. Bravo!

Seriously, this is a perfect vinyl release. 180 gram black vinyl in a high quality slipcase. The record is stored in a high quality poly sleeve and is half speed mastered. It's a 33rpm release with the entire album on two sides. This makes it extremely enjoyable to listen to and touch. I couldn't think of anything else in terms of a perfect execution. Superb sound quality and an enjoyable, extremely pleasing presentation. The music is fantastic as well. From one collector to another, well done Sam. Take notes people.
