This catalog number was originally released August 1910 with Frederic C. Freemantel performing the B-side track, which was recorded February 1909. Presumably all pressings from 1910 through 1917 feature the Freemantel performance; likewise, from 1918 until the catalog number's deletion in 1931 the B-side is by McClaskey.
A "first pressing" of this Haydn/McClaskey coupling would likely have had a 75c. price on the labels; the labels seen on this page do not have a price, and were in use from 1919 to 1926.
