The track list on the artwork differs from the actual music on the LP - Sonata No. 24 could not be accommodated on the stereo version without undue loss of sound quality, but it was evidently too late to change the sleeve design. A letter was included, offering full refund, if the LP was returned unplayed. Reissues did not amend the artwork (despite updating the address combination - the artwork was of course correct for the mono version), but members were warned of the anomaly in newsletters announcing the reissue.

Australian WRC 1st pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique [and much-admired, and often re-used] sleeve art. Mono and stereo versions have same number on back of sleeve (TE/343) - the mono version has "TE-343" on beige 'strobe' label, while the stereo has "STE-343" on green 'strobe' label. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve.
