Although not a big fan of "Italo-disco" I have to admit that this song expecially the instrumental version (B-side) is a nice piece of electronic italian disco style, also thanks to the high pressing quality.

Was this sourced from the original master tapes? Or did they start with a vinyl transfer (needledrop)? I would really like to hear a sample before plunking down cash for this. If it is a needledrop that has been "remastered" by cranking the controls of a declick/decrackle plug-in to 11, then "no thanks".[Edit:] See the replies; it is sourced from master tapes and the sound quality is very good!

I have several and the sound quality of one Best Record Italy ‎– BST-X008 at least is abysmal and sounds to me like transcribed needle crackle (either that or a bad pressing)I am not convinced that these are from the master tapes I am afraid.

puffketeer - Good news! Thank you for the confirmation. I also heard from the label who said their 12"s are all made from their own master tapes and pressed at MPO France.

sound & pressing quality on this is solid. I own a few other reissues from best record italy and they are also of very good quality all around. no need to worry about this one.
