Released as part of the NYA ORS series. Both spines show this as 'NYA ORS [logo] D4'. At the bottom right hand corner of the rear inlay there is a black and white rectangle which has this information printed as: 'NYA ORS [logo] NEIL YOUNG ARCHIVES OFFICIAL RELEASE SERIES DISC 04'. The disc media label has 'NYA ORS [logo] D1' printed on it.

There is a HDCD logo printed at the bottom of the rear inlay and on the disc media label. I have tested this disc with Windows Media Player and the presence of HDCD software is confirmed.

Packaging: Standard jewel case with a clear tray and a leaflet map-folded to form eight panels includes lyrics.
