Long Playing Microgroove Full Frequency Range Recording

Decca records are made with a frequency characteristic which accords with British Standards 1928:1955.
This record conforms to the above characteristic with the exception of frequencies above 10 kc/s which are 6 dB below the standard curve. The recorded velocity at 1,000 c/s is 1.2 cm/sec., and r.m.s. levels are relative to 1,000 c/s (= 0 dB).
