All tracks written and produced by Alec Pritchard.

Track 16 contains a sample from the film: 2001 - A Space Odyssey.
Track 18 contains samples from Boards Of Canada's "Smokes Quantity".

There are also 2 unreleased music videos for this album (for "The Lights" and "Dreamstate Montage").

"A collection of tracks produced between 2004-2008, mainly during the period I was studying for my Music Technology degree at University in Leicester.

Genre-wise, this is a fusion of electronica, ambient, IDM, deep house and possibly breaks. But these are just the pigeon-hole labels: I never approached a production with a genre blueprint in-hand. I know this is almost a cliché statement now, as from all corners of the dance music press you hear people marketing their own albums on this basis, yet many of which still go ahead and make an album confined purely to one genre (barring slight aesthetic variations).

Many of these works I would have considered unfinished around the time I last touched them (some definately are unfinished in my view), but I think you have to move onto the next project when the well of creativity and passion runs dry on a project. I suppose this "album" can be considered as the residue, the sediment that remained as the creative waters dried up! Some tracks keep calling you back for more attention, like a sculpture that begs you to believe that just one more carving, engraving or chip-out and it will be somewhere closer to perfect. But you never know... maybe the whole sculpture stone will crack if you hammer away at it too much?"
