I dont know the answer - but i have a copy of this which i'm pretty sure IS NOT the 2011 bootleg, as it comes from a collection in which there is nothing newer than 2000. It doesnt have the same etchings as the stamped promo, but does have the same etchings as the bootleg.. eg.. RAMM 002A and RAMM 002B. confused.com!!

Compare the rings in the middle. Original has 2 or 3, bootleg just 1, see the photos for the subs. Also sleeve is a giveaway. Bootleg will be a bright white paper vs card or older type paper although that’s less definitive.
