Peru - Moon Mp3

We hear up & mid tempo synthpop similar to but overall not as good as "Forlian". Noteable are the unusual instruments (eg. "baby" keyboard and violin) on "Nocturne", an ambient intro on "Tears", decent soloing and a few good melodies throughout the album ("Jules Verne", "Hunting" and "Stampede").  track 9: this was Peru's contribution to the first KLEM-CD, published in 1989.  track 10: I was present at this live performance where a few tracks from "Moon" were performed. Unfortunately, the band struggled tremendously with the software that contained the sampled instruments and had several other technical issues (eg. a smoke machine running wild - this is the hissing sound at the beginning of the track - and a laser show beaming straight into the audience). I'm not sure the band ever did any other shows after this disaster...
