Dusseldorf: Catch The Rainbow
Mannheim: Man On The Silver Mountain

Made in England.White label test pressing.
Some sources claim 25 test pressing copies were made, unknown if this number is correct.
At least some copies include a press release insert which would indicate that the test pressings were used also as promo copies.
