Sounds clear with zero background noise. For me, a little bit of more bass would be great. But sounds really nice for the money.

Definitely sounds a little compressed, wish the music had a little more room to open up. However, the clarity and separation of the induvidual instruments is strong. I can hear everything crystal clear, there is no muddiness or distortion to the sound. A very clean albeit sterile sound, a tad on the thin side. Wish there was better definition and a wider soundstage. Some of the natural energy of the songs is inhibited because of this. Apparently this is a repress but the matrix info was different than the original European release and this doesn't use MOV stampers like a lot of We Are Vinyl reissues do, so I'm not too sure of the source for this. It's not horrible but not great either. At least the pressing is quality tho, flat centered and plays dead quiet without any noise. For $20, it'll do as a listenable copy for now.

I just listened to this exact version from front to back and I’m quite impressed with it. I think it’s a keeper. I was supposed to receive the orange marbled MOV version but got this. I’d live to do an A/B comparison but this sounds fairly great to me. Your review is also accurate.
