I've been following Get Physical for the last 2 years but typically their tracks are too bizarre for me. Most of what they release comes across as bass for the sake of bass or weird for the sake of weird. This is the first release I bought from them. Mainly because I thought it wouldnt turn into minimized disposable throw away a few months after purchasing it.

There's 2 things about this record that make it stand out. The first one is the percussion. If you're into percussion and reverb, definitely give this a listen. In particular the bloop-pop's on A1 and the shakers on B1. Ohhhhh my does that shaker get me going. Also take note of the hip hop styled rolling basslines which are a nice change of pace considering some of the mundane music that is being released in the tech house realm these days. This record is really unique. Give it a listen.
