Both sides are amazing. Fabio played "Until the night..." and Ratty played "Two Fists". It's a shame it was never repressed as I had to pay top dollar for this thing last month. I've wanted this record since 1999 so at least I can say I have my copy now. The drums on "Until the night..." are really unique. It's basically two step with this trebled out breakbeat that's being played at the wrong speed using two keys on a midi keyboard. It sounds so weird and interesting, I really like this. "Two Fists" is a unique track with its bongos, a Herbie Hancock vocal sample from the Rocket album (Drop Drop Drop...), and that "yeeeeeeeeeee" vocal sample from the Jungle Brothers album. Now whenever I hear that Jungle Brothers sample I don't think of the Jungle Brothers but rather DJ Ratty.

Until The Night Is Morning is a Rude tune, certain elements from this tune can be heard in the Torque Album on No U Turn Records, by Ed Rush, Nico, Fierce and Trace...that's a quality album worth checking out...

Title track, one of the very best, hands down.

One of my absolute favorites from the darkside era, "Until The Night Is Morning" blew me away when I first heard it at a rave back in '93. The production is amazing, John Graham (Skanna) was easily one of the best producers at the time. The beats, the bass, the strings, the atmosphere - everything comes together to make a great and memorable tune. And that breakdown about halfway through the track is mindboggling, so good, without doubt one of the finest. The flipside has an untitled track, not nearly as good as the title track, but still kickin with great beats and some sinister sounds. If ya haven't checked this one out yet - get with the program!
