Comes in generic white 12" cover with two big green on white stickers on the front (one for the band logo, one for the tracklist and info). Includes a full color A3 sized laserprint insert.
Also includes several photocopied pamphlets.
Some copies also included a large white "When It Happens You'll Know" sticker depicting a prison-lineup of several cartoon animals in the "5th Ward Precinct", as well as a large Sloth logo and the albums title, all in green ink.

Limited edition 0f 100 copies on green with white splatter vinyl of which one copy was destroyed.
