Information about the misprint:

As you may have already heard or experienced, our CD manufacturer had a big problem with the blank media they were using, and unfortunately the SBX CD was impacted.
The defect creates skipping only on the last minute of the last track (Jaws Of Heaven). To test your CD, play the last part of Jaws Of Heaven. If it plays all the way through to the end, you're in good shape. If it starts stopping or skipping before the end, then you have one of the bad ones.
An initial inspection hinted that our defect rate might have been as high as 33%, but on further inspection it seems like it will be more in the range of 10%. That was good news, but it's obvious we still have a big problem to take care of.
The CD manufacturer feels absolutely horrible about this and is doing all that they can to get us replacements. We have a plan in place now for replacing any defective discs with perfect ones very quickly.
The plan is to send you a replacement disc in a paper CD sleeve which would be both the fastest solution and would also completely eliminate the need for you to mail back any of what you already have received.
So, if you have received a defective CD, please contact our merch person Glenn Fitzgerald right away, at [email protected] with DEFECT in the subject title.
In the meantime, until we get the replacement shipment from our manufacturer, we are individually opening and visually inspecting every disc before it goes out, so from here on out there should not be any more defective discs being shipped. (The defect is very easy to visually spot on the outer edge of the metallic recording surface of the disc)
After all of these months waiting for SBX, believe me, we fully understand how frustrating it must be to receive a defective product and we sincerely appreciate your patience during the short period it will take to fix the problem. We'll try to make this as quick and painless as possible, and we apologize for this situation.
