This was the first release of Yellow And Black Attack, and was on yellow (Stryper - The Yellow And Black Attack) and black vinyl (this version here). It was re-released two years later with two extra songs and was entirely remixed - mostly taking out the reverb.

The cover was misprinted, losing the lower detail such as the 'hand of God' and the initials RS on one of the rockets. This was corrected on subsequent pressings (Stryper - The Yellow And Black Attack).

The record label lists sides as 'this side' and 'other side', with the red Enigma logo as the side two label.The original 1984 six-song version of this debut EP was heavily remastered and reproduced for this re-release. This 1986 version is much more polished, and the big in-your-face guitars on the original have almost been completely muffled out.
