Notes

As a mother, I feel it a great privilege to write a few notes concerning this tribute to the songs of my son, Andraé Crouch. Each of these songs have been written out of a personal, spiritual experience.

God in His goodness has allowed Andraé to express and share his innermost feelings without thousands of others all over the world.

Also it is amazing that Fred Bock has captured the very essence of Andraé on this most unique album.

Andraé's music eloquently communicates the fruits of the Spirit as written in Galatians 5:22.
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness temperance: against such there is no law."

"Broken Vessel" is so expressive of the healing and mending quality of God's great love.

"I Don't Know Why", "I Find No Fault In Him", "I've Got Confidence", "I'm Gonna Keep On Singin'", and "My Tribute" so speaks of man's personal relationship with God.

"The Blood That Jesus Shed" and "Jesus Is The Answer" is Andraé's evangelistic message to the world.

My favorite is, "It Won't Be Long" as I and thousands of Christians look forward to His return to take us home with Him.

I find it a great blessing to have a son so dedicated and talented as my son, Andraé Crouch, and trust that Sunday Trombones will bring added blessing to the thousands who have the opportunity to hear this outstanding record. - Catherine Crouch
