It is unfortunate that this album is so hard to find. I found it as a download actually, not as the CD. If I did come across the actual CD I would scoop it up in a second. This is Sturgill Simpson's first real release before he went "solo" with Commonwealth of Kentucky. It is an excellent but under rated album likely due to it's obscurity. High energy from the start. Sometimes Wine is regularly performed at his concerts currently. I have seen him twice and he played it both times. Sarah the third track is a great tune. Cut the Sails, the 10th track is a very somber but again excellent tune an shows the range and talent of Sturgill and his band. I really hope this gets re-issued at some point now that he is on Atlantic.

I'm interested...I'm a huge fan. He's still assessible for autographs for now so his having written on it isnt as big of a deal to me as having a copy of the cd. My email [email protected] if you want to send me a price. Thanks in advance for your time. :-)

I have a CD copy of this that Sturgill handed to me when he played my Nashville gig in 2011. It's a burn on a Maxell CD on which he wrote Sunday Valley with red pen in a plain sleeve with my name "WILL J" written in the corner. I may be willing to part with it if the price were right.

I want to buy the actual CD of this and cant find it anywhere. if possible could you send me the link for the download. I'd rather original but download will do until I finally track an original copy down, hopefully.
