This appears to be an early repress of Salt Lick / God's Balls. The first clue is the black box on the CD covering where the original release mentioned being manufactured by American Helix. You then see the different matrix. I had planned to say the artwork was the same, but then I noticed that the front insert is missing the great Charles Peterson photo from the HUB Ballroom show with Nirvana
