The Voice Of Love was recorded during 2006, on 2" master tape, in glorious analogue, with live permormances throughout, using original vocal takes where possible & real instruments (often made by Nick, himself!) throughout & was mixed in 2007. Large amounts of valves, tape noise, love and natural energy abound, and lo-fi, passion & truth hold sway over nasty digital information, irrelevant accuracy & robotic precision... this is music, not media.
