The only difference in the jacket from The Beatles - The Beatles Ballads (20 Original Tracks) is that this copy is missing one line of text at the very bottom right corner on the back, below the "Mod.5311.Dep.LegalB...." text.

For date perspective, the copy used for this entry was purchased new and obtained in the US April 1981.
