This 1966 variant:

JACKET DETAILS:
On the front left upper corner, Odeon is above the EMI logo. Later pressings were the reverse.

AUDIOPHILE NOTES:
-She Loves You A7 is fake stereo
-I Feel Fine B1 sounds like the version from Beatles '65 in the US, fake stereo drenched with echo.
-All My Loving B8 has the hi-hat intro.
Track A2 on label is missspelled "Twist And Shou" without a "t" at the end.Later 70s version, see label code.
