Burned CDr in a jewel-case with a 2-sided insert, w/artwork screened on the front and the following text on the reverse:

"This disc was recorded on 9/20/97 at The Meadows in Hellertown, Pa. by Ray Ketchem, and was mixed by Ray and J.T. Dan brought a lot of microphones. Art helped with the sound. Peter helped Ray lift the heavy things. Nancy supplied the jewel boxes. Jim and J.T. had the deep pockets.

My note: For the numerous cover versions on this release, I have transcribed exactly what was listed on the the back inlay of the disc (within parentheses), in terms of the original recording artists. Recorded live at a wedding (a couple's names are ostensibly mentioned during the intro to track 10), and far from infallible on this count, but I'm wanting to say the Drunken Fish mail-order catalog of the time listed this as an edition of 500 copies.
