Recorded Live at the Brixton Academy, London, UK on June 29th, 1983.

This variant comes in what is allegedly a test sleeve for a planned 5th edition which never saw the light of day. The artwork borrows from a black and white film still depicting the actress Greta Garbo. The vinyl is white multicolor, similar to those of the 1st edition.

Two tracks are misspelled on the copy sheet:
Burn is incorrectly listed as "Bone".

This variant is part of the first edition, which comes in a variety of vinyl colors and colored copy sheets featuring an artwork entitled “Two Girls” by Bulgarian expressionist painter Jules Pascin, as well as the track list. The copy sheet is usually glued or taped to an otherwise generic white card sleeve, although copies have been released with the copy sheet as a loose insert.
