i agree with collectives. sounds much more like kowton than terron.

In one of the descriptions it says from a from a name 'we are very familiar with'. I reckon it could be Kowton.

My bet is it's a new artist. The production is good, but quite. dry. I dunno... something about it says first release for someone, and a good release at that. I guess we'll know who it is in time.
