ISNT NITS is a compilation album that celebrates the 40th anniversary (1974-2014) of Dutch band Nits. It has 51 selections drawn from their oeuvre that were written during the years 1979 and 2012. These Nits songs on this album are covered by a variety of artists from Switzerland and many other countries as well.

ISNT NITS is a musical project by Eric Facon, Oli Hartung and Beda Senn (with invaluable help from Darren Hayne).

"Adieu Sweet Bahnhof" is dedicated to Dean Patrick, "Cars & Cars" to Andrew Phillips, "Distance" to Frank Lüscher, "Nescio" to Marja Heikkinen, "Vienan Vuoret" to Jouni Heikkinen, "Home Before Dark" to Martin Peer & family.

This album is presented in a cardboard sleeve and has no booklet.
