A1: Recorded at a dance in Portsmouth, Dominicia, 1969-04-15. The song is in a merengue style and is listed as just merengue.
A2: Recorded at a dance in Soufrière, Saint Lucia, 1969-05-09. The artist "Byorkester" is Swedish for "Local village orchestra". The song is a masouc, which is a sort of old dance style from Lesser Antilles.
A3: Recorded at Young Island, 1969-05-16. The artist "Bamboo Band" is a generic name for an orchestra consisting of a bamboo flute and a boom boom (a 1,5 meter long bamboo stick without finger holes that are use like a basoon). The songs is a calypso.
