most of these trax can be found on 2 double vinyls cat. no. AUM 12 001 & 002 - trauma 1&2. this is seriously good classic dutch stuff, but not that kee-kee / kee-kee -- keeww... kee-kee / kee-kee -- keeeewwww bollocks dutch gabba which poisoned everything, i would say it's proto-terror / proto - speedcore. we're talking about the same league as stickhead, nordcore gmbh and gabba nation here. and the sound... oh dear. legendary.

Prorahun

"Mastering" as by its definition: mixing the sounds (EQ) in a studio. I do it myself on my productions. It's a precision job. I have vinyls (trAUMa I & II) as well as the CDs. The lack of mastering is present on both formats. But — hey — that's probably just a part of the concept. I refer to it as the "Napalm Rave sound". Tracks are excellent and completely made in their own style. So they just didn't give a f*** about the mastering either, I reckon. Maybe I'll play some of the tracks this summer on a big sound system in an outdoors party and see how it sounds.

The only problem here is the complete absence of mastering.

Vivaral

One of the best hardcore compilations ever. The mood of the each cd is slightly different and ballanced very well. CD1 has more technical, brutal, speedy compositions while the second CD is compiled from deep dark hell-like mood hardcore tracks. This compilation shows how impressive hardcore can be - and it was - in the mid 90'. No commercial stuff at all, just great tracks!
