This seems to be a variation of version b) of [5691192]. It has the same (less detailed) front cover print and the left side cover opening. The runouts are identical with both version a) and b).
The labels and the back cover of this variation, however, are printed as well. There is evidence that the original release was available in October 1970 at latest, so since this variation (wrongly) gives 1971 as the release year it has to be either a reissue from (probably) the same stampers or the back cover and label print have been added at a later point. The final four tracks are not mentioned in the track list altogether.
