I have listened on and off since 2008 when I first met his album. Every time I do, even six years later, I feel as if It takes me somewhere I have never been. Yes, this must be the classics of psychill.

It's a very nice one. Probably the classics of psychill!

Overall this is an excellent cd that manages to progressively flow from ambient dub to slightly more upbeat 4/4 goa. Sometimes i think the vocals and film samples are a little over the top but having said that it doesn't detract too much from the music.

We haven`t got many tracks from Younger Brother before this album, except for the famous Evil & Harm track, first released on the Demented compilation on Twisted in 2000 and several other compilations after that. This was for me one of the best albums of 2003. There are only great tracks to be found here. This is a musical journey all the way through, since all the tracks fits so well together and we get great variation all the way. An album with relaxing music for chilling out at home, and tracks for the dance floors. An album that pushed psytrance up another level. Recommended!

The beginning of the album is just ingenious, dubby psychill with a truely original sound. Weird on a Monday Night has a nice sample from Alice in Wonderland, Rvil & Harm has propably the most beautiful guitar in it ever heard in psychill song. Soon after that the bad thing of this album happens, tracks 5-8, the psytrance songs, that just break the whole album apart and make me want to cry and ask why, but still Simon and Benji manage to close the album with couple of really great ambient tracks from which the second one and the last of song of the album, Bedtime Story is a true gem.

A brilliant release, this CD basically covers the range of contemporary melodic psychedelic electronica (phew!). Suffused with the seminal influences of goa guru Simon Posford (Hallucinogen), in collaboration with Benji Vaughn the two nevertheless develop an unique sound. Some tracks are more laidback (the four first), then some are more trancey and dancefloor-oriented (the three next), and true to the tradition the CD ends with some beautiful ambient tracks.

I agree with your review, but try to be respectful enough to spell the names of the artists correctly.(And yes, this remark is timeless :P)
