Wall Noise Action, the Russian Harsh Noise Wall label with a heart of gold, is known for its massive output of quality HNW digital download releases, available for free or very cheaply. While Mr. Ivan Sandakov has made very clear that he will not be putting out physical releases any time soon, it seem the label is beginning to do something else: publish harsh noise videos online. There are very few so far, but few is far better than none.
