Wendy was a band from Pennsylvania, USA. Their first EP "Punchline" was recorded at Mobile Milkweed Studios, in conjunction with the Wendy Tapehaus, and was released in 1999 by Superpickle Music Arts. For a limited time, the EP was made available through MP3.com as a CD-R prior to the official release, and eventually hit the #1 spot on MP3.com's Alternative CD Sales List.
